Terraine

Terraine is a 634-acre master-planned community on West Jordan's West Bench, in the Oquirrh foothills west of Bacchus Highway (SR-111). Developed by Third Cadence, it is planned for about 2,817 homes, with roughly a third of the land kept as open space. Five builders (David Weekley, Ivory, Rainey, Sego and Tri Pointe) offer single-family homes and townhomes, and residents share The Shed, trails and community gathering spaces. Jordan School District serves the area, with 2026-27 assignments to Antelope Canyon Elementary, Sunset Ridge Middle and Copper Hills High, and a future elementary is planned inside the community.
